Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Pay As You Go costs $0 a month. You pay only a fee for each redemption, plus any cash back you offer. It covers one product.
What does a redemption cost?
The fee for your plan and kind of deal, plus the cash back you fund for the shopper, plus a 5% card fee on that cash back. Coupon deals have no cash back, so you pay only the fee, and it is free on paid plans.
How am I charged?
You set a daily limit for each deal. Each day we hold enough on your card to cover it, then charge only for that day's redemptions and release the rest. Paid plans also have a monthly subscription.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch plans or go back to Pay As You Go at any time from the Billing page in your merchant account.
Which plan should I choose?
Use the calculator above. As a rule, Pay As You Go suits a first test with one product. Paid plans pay off as redemptions grow, because coupon deals become free and every other fee drops.
I used Snagshout before 2.0. Does my pricing change?
If you were on a paid classic plan, you keep your existing fees until you choose a new plan. Free classic plans moved to Pay As You Go.
