Your snag limit

Same as before: up to 5 snags in any 24 hours (10 if your account had a higher limit), and one snag per deal (a snag that expired before you sent a receipt doesn't count). The counter on the Deals and My Orders pages shows how many you have left and when the next one frees up.

Finding deals

Search by product name and sort by Newest, Ending Soon or Most Popular. New buttons: Available now hides deals with no spots left today, 100% free shows deals where your cash back covers the full price, and Show 12 / 24 / 48 puts more deals on a page. A deal that's out of spots today shows when the next spot opens, and every deal has a View on Amazon button.

Sending your receipt

Each order has its own email address. After you buy, forward Amazon's order confirmation email to it and we match it automatically. If forwarding doesn't work, upload a screenshot on the order page.

Getting paid

Cash out from your Wallet to a card (Virtual Visa, Amazon or 600+ gift cards, no fee, $5 minimum) or PayPal (5% fee, $30 minimum). The card email comes from our partner Tremendous, so check for that name. Your balance, your last 5 years of orders and your cash-outs since May 2023 all came across.

Messages and help

Messages (the speech-bubble icon at the top) has your order chats and your conversations with our team. The Help page answers most questions, and you can contact support any time.

Phone check

Cashing out needs a text-code check on your mobile number. We may ask you to check it again from time to time.
